Upgrade from Previous Versions

Upgrades to PipeFitPro 5 are for existing customers using PipeFitPro Versions 3 & 4, and 3D PipeFitPro Version 1. Discounts are available for cross grades to PipeFitPro 5 from other S9® Design Software. Contact us with any questions regarding cross grades and upgrades.

Support

PipeFitPro includes a comprehensive help and user documentation which lists ANSI piping standards, piping command information, all utilities and customization commands. Select help in any PipeFitPro command to open the help to the corresponding page, or open the file: C:\PipeFitProV5\pipefitprov5.chm file.

Additionally, each purchase includes 12 months priority support, and 12 months unconditional free upgrades. Our Support Service will guide with any set-up, configuration and running questions you may have. CD Delivery

If you have chosen to receive a CD copy of the program, allow between 2-7 business days for delivery in all countries. Please note: Download Links and CD copy contain the exact same PipeFitPro install files, we urge you to consider the environment before ordering a CD.

CADSTA Tools

Taxes

Applicable sales taxes are the responsibility of customers in the US and all other countries.

License

PipeFitPro is licensed per user. That means, that you may install it to your regular computer and your notebook using the same single license, if you are the same person using it, and we will provide activation codes for both. If you need to reload the software due to hard ware upgrades or hardware failures, our Support Desk will assist with re-installation and re-activation to ensure you are up and running as soon as possible. Refer to the PipeFitPro end user license agreement for more information.

Maintenance

We provide the PipeFitPro Maintenance for those individual users or companies who prefer to stay updated automatically. Maintenance is sold separately and provides:

• the latest version & compatibility updates for new version for AutoCAD with loading instructions
• activation in new AutoCAD versions
• priority support for fast assistance

Maintenance can be purchased for 12 month units at any time and is typically charged at 33% of purchase price. Please contact us for specific pricing and further details.
